YOU ARE ENTITLED TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE DELIVERY.

Your purchase can be returned for a credit voucher or refund for all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition.

Returns aren't allowed for 'change of mind' on purchases of sale items, unless you require an alternative ring size.

Returns are allowed for full priced items purchased during a storewide discount.

If your jewellery matches the above conditions, have your order number ready and create a return by sending an e-mail to hello@bymer.eu. Take the parcel to your local post office to ship and acquire an official shipping label over the counter.

Return shipping costs, customs charges, taxes and duties for international & domestic orders are not covered.

Once returns are received, they will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Returns will only be considered if your jewellery is purchased from www.bymer.eu. We do not offer returns for items purchased from our stockists.
