Overview
By Mer is delicate and should be handled carefully. Take care of your jewellery with a soft polishing cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes.
Faulty items
In the event your jewellery is faulty, please contact us on hello@bymer.eu with:
- Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)
- Description and photo of the damaged jewellery
In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.
If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, you will need to return to them with proof of purchase along with the faulty item.
